ERKIB TradeLink is a trade facilitation and consultancy service based in the United Kingdom, providing business support services to Pakistani businessmen and entrepreneurs seeking to establish or expand trade relationships with China.

Our services include China business visa guidance, business matching, supplier connections, factory visit coordination, trade fair assistance, and general trade support.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

ERKIB TradeLink provides guidance and documentation support for Chinese visa applications. Our services are advisory in nature only. We do not guarantee the outcome of any visa application.

Final decisions on visa approvals rest solely with the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Islamabad or the relevant Chinese Consulate in Pakistan. We are not affiliated with any government authority.

Visa requirements, processing times, and documentation checklists are subject to change by the Chinese authorities at any time. Clients are responsible for verifying current requirements directly with the Embassy.

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when engaging our services. Any misrepresentation may result in visa rejection, and ERKIB TradeLink bears no liability in such cases.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their travel documents (passport, photographs, etc.) meet the requirements of the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan.

ERKIB TradeLink shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from visa rejections, delays, changes in Chinese government policy, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Service fees are agreed upon prior to engagement. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where ERKIB TradeLink is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
